Affiliate & Contributor Disclosure

SOAR, a product and service of 196 Global LLC, creates conversations, playbooks, masterclasses, and other learning experiences with professionals, creators, instructors, podcast guests, affiliates, and other contributors.
Material Relationships
Some people or organizations featured by SOAR may have a financial, business, employment, personal, or other material relationship with SOAR. They may receive a fixed fee, commission, revenue share, free access, products, services, promotional support, or another benefit.
When such a relationship could affect how you evaluate a recommendation or endorsement, SOAR requires it to be disclosed clearly and conspicuously in or near the relevant content. This page supplements those disclosures; it does not replace them.
An appearance in a SOAR conversation does not, by itself, mean that the guest paid SOAR, was paid by SOAR, or endorses SOAR. Any material relationship connected to an endorsement should be separately disclosed.
Affiliate Links
Some links or promotional codes used by SOAR or by people promoting SOAR may generate compensation. If you purchase through one of those links or codes, SOAR or the person who shared it may earn a commission, generally at no additional cost to you.
A disclosure accompanying an affiliate recommendation may say, for example, “I earn a commission if you purchase through this link,” “Paid partnership with SOAR,” “SOAR paid me to share this content,” or “This playbook was co-created with SOAR, and I receive a share of its sales.” The disclosure used should accurately describe the actual relationship.
Contributor Compensation
A contributor who helps create a conversation, playbook, or masterclass may receive compensation tied to the project or its sales. Compensation does not eliminate the contributor’s obligation to communicate honestly, describe only genuine experience, remain within their actual qualifications, and avoid misleading or unsupported claims.
SOAR may edit content for clarity, length, production quality, accessibility, or format. SOAR will not knowingly edit a contributor’s statements in a way that materially misrepresents their views.
No Guarantee of Results
SOAR does not guarantee income, profit, business growth, investment performance, financing, credit improvement, career advancement, construction outcomes, or any other result. A featured person’s experience is their own and should not be treated as typical unless SOAR expressly identifies a result as typical and has adequate support for doing so.
